Appointment Guidelines

My name is Dre, I am a home-based hairstylist located in Jacksonville, FL. I believe in tailoring each experience to the unique needs of every client, creating a luxurious, tranquil, and professional atmosphere. Every appointment will be a customized experience to enhance your needs. Thank you for booking!

• Before arriving to appointment, natural hair must be FRESHLY washed, detangled + stretched out AND fully dried. NO OILS OR PRODUCTS IN HAIR.
• Please bring any product(s) you would like applied, TO your appointment.
• ALL WIGS must be dropped off by 7PM the DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT LABELED WITH NAME & APPOINTMENT DATE/TIME.
• $25 ADDITIONAL FOR SAME-DAY CUSTOMIZATIONS (NON-DROP OFFS)
• NO USED OR WORN HAIR. ALL WEAVES MUST BE NEW AND UNWORN UNLESS APPROVED VIA TEXT.
• I ONLY RE-INSTALL WIGS UP TO 2X (VARIES ON WIG). 
• I DO NOT AND WILL NOT TOUCH-UP OR REINSTALL OTHER STYLIST'S WORK.
• NO FOOD or DRINKS (UNLESS WATER) allowed inside.
• NO EXTRA GUESTS or CHILDREN ALLOWED AT APPOINTMENT. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
• Please be responsible and considerate. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to prevent the spread of any illnesses.

ALL appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure. Deposit amount will be DEDUCTED from your total balance. 

Upon booking, you will receive a appointment confirmation text/email.

You are ALLOWED a 10 MINUTE grace period of your appointment time. There will be a $25 LATE-FEE added to your final total any minute after. AFTER 30 MINUTES your appointment will be canceled and must be re-booked online. ZERO EXCEPTIONS. 

In the event that you need to reschedule, please do so ONLINE within 24 hours to avoid paying an additional deposit. CANCELLATIONS "DO NOT" RESULT IN DEPOSIT REFUND.

• For coloring services, I currently ONLY offer WIG coloring/bleaching only. I DO NOT COLOR/BLEACH BUNDLES. Please inquire via TEXT, about coloring & pricing 5 DAYS before your appointment.

Appointment service times are estimated to their best. These times can vary for every client. Please DO NOT RUSH your service. Plan and book accordingly.

PLEASE ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 10 MINUTES OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.

Feel free to purchase hair from your own trusted sources. I DO NOT SELL/CARRY HAIR.

For FINAL PAYMENT, I ONLY accept CASH, CASH APP OR ZELLE AND CARD(FEE MAY APPLY.)
